What to Expect:
You will own the customer replenishment process, focusing on service delivery and consistent satisfaction. By working with internal and external partners, such as the CoS, you will improve customer satisfaction and help achieve OPEX savings through applying NCE processes. You will be responsible for the customer inventory replenishment and order capture process to achieve the Perfect Order Cycle, maintain optimum inventory levels, and eliminate waste and complexity in the O2C Flow. Your focus will be on ensuring timely delivery, on-shelf availability, and eliminating obstacles that lead to customer fines. Additionally, you will investigate claims and deductions to ensure validity and identify process improvement opportunities within the value chain.
A day in the life:
- Deliver High-Quality Service by ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately fulfilling orders, handling replenishment, and maintaining stock availability while meeting customer expectations.
- Effective Collaboration and Communication with customers, internal teams, and third-party service providers to identify and mitigate execution challenges, align forecasts, and optimize distribution costs.
- Leverage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solutions to manage data integrity, run promotional events, and ensure accurate stock levels while driving continuous improvement.
- Improve processes by finding and removing non-value-added tasks in VMI with LEAN and FI tools, encouraging customer connections.
Role Requirements
- Two or more years of operational experience in Customer Service within a similar market environment or trade structure.
- Experience working collaboratively with customers.
- Knowledge of various Supply Chain functions, particularly Physical Logistics.
- Background in sales support or administrative roles.
- Involvement in business improvement projects.
- Experience in an order processing clerk role.
- Proficiency in electronic transactions, project management, database management, and analytics.
Preferred Skills
- Bilingualism in English and French language skills is preferred
- Experience with Power BI
