We're Hiring: Senior Business Analyst | Government & Public Sector Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering successful IT and digital transformation projects? We're looking for a seasoned professional to join a high-impact initiative within the Municipal Government Public Sector. Required Qualifications: University or Community College degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent Certification in Business Analysis and Change Management (CBAP preferred) 10+ years of Business Analysis experience on IT projects 10+ years supporting system implementations and digital transformation initiatives Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and analysis for medium-to-large projects Strong experience in business process engineering Experience developing business cases and conducting cost-benefit analysis Expertise in Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRSs), and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) Experience using Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and software testing methodologies Experience with data analytics Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) requirements Hybrid Toronto Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
