Your Next Challenge
Reporting to the Mine Supervisor, you will be part of the Mine Operations Department. A Miner 4 is an entry level role to Mining and may work in varied areas of Mine Haulage (Production or Services). The role supports others and is part of a team.
Haulage & Rock Breaker Operations; Perform work safely to meet productivity expectations and schedules; Housekeeping - keep work areas clean and free from hazards; Communication - from and with others, recording accurate records on 5-point (Zero Hazard) card, aligning with daily tasks assigned; Teamwork - complete set tasks and actively assist others to complete their tasks.
What You Need To Succeed
Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Miner 4 or equivalent; Ability to work both independently and as a team; Comfortable in all types of working conditions including confined spaces, low light, heights, hot, cold, and humid temperatures; Demonstrates safety awareness; Physically Fit, self-starter with a can-do attitude; Tolerance for hot, cold and humid environments; UG Comon Core (Ontario).
Your Work Schedule
Schedule: 7 days of work, followed by 7 days off at our Upper Beaver Gold Project in Dobie, ON.
