Eastern Regional Manager
Position Summary: We are seeking a full-time Eastern Regional Sales Manager for multiple markets in Canada. This role focuses on driving sales through distributor engagement, customer presentations, and relationship management. Key responsibilities include promoting our products and services, communicating effectively with electrical distributors, contractors, and other clients, and delivering product training as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Conducting presentations, demos, and product showcases to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Responding to inquiries and addressing customer concerns.
- Providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Territory Management:
- Analyzing market trends and identifying potential customers.
- Planning and executing sales activities within the territory.
- Monitoring and reporting on sales performance.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and customer databases.
Other Duties:
- Collaborating with other departments, such as product, marketing and customer service.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
