Schedule: Flexible hours including overnight shifts as required

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support digital media installation projects across TransLink's station network in Vancouver. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on project management experience in the transit and digital signage industry while working independently with guidance from our experienced Toronto-based PMO team.
What you'll do...
- Coordinate installation schedules and logistics for digital media deployments at TransLink stations
- Liaise with TransLink operations teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestone completion
- Manage overnight work schedules and coordinate with transit operational windows
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and communication logs
- Support vendor coordination and on-site installation oversight
- Assist with permit applications and regulatory compliance requirements
- Provide regular project updates to Senior Project Manager and Toronto PMO
- Conduct site visits and quality assurance checks during installations
Who you are...
- 1-3 years of project coordination or project management experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Flexibility to work overnight and weekend shifts and non-standard hours as project demands require
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid BC driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfort working in active transit environments and construction zones
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in construction, telecommunications, or AV installation projects
- Familiarity with transit operations (or similar environments) and safety protocols
- Previous experience working with government or municipal clients
- Knowledge of digital signage or media technology systems
- Experience with WorkSafeBC processes and procedures

Working Environment
