You will work closely with Product, Design, Finance, Commercial and Engineering Teams to define success metrics, build analytical frameworks, co-design experiments, and ensure data-driven decision-making is at the core of our product development process.
📍 Location:
This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to work 3 days a week in our Toronto office located at 351 King St E, Toronto, ON.
What You Will Be Doing
- Analyze product and customer data from multiple sources (analytics tools, feedback platforms, internal systems) to uncover trends in adoption, retention, and engagement
- Define, track, and report on key metrics such as NPS, ARR per user, active users, and firm engagement etc
- Build dashboards and scalable reporting that unify data across systems and make insights accessible to the organization
- Work with incomplete, inconsistent, and less structured data, applying creative problem-solving to ensure accuracy, reliability, and trust
- Partner with Product Managers to validate hypotheses, measure feature performance, and guide prioritization
- Collaborate with Finance to connect product usage with revenue outcomes, including revenue projections, retentions and growth modeling
- Support the Commercial team and Market Leaders with insights that inform go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, and regional performance
- Act as a data advocate ensuring that insights drive decision-making across teams, even when data is fragmented or ambiguous
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years of experience in product, business, or data analytics.
- Strong background in data mining, quantitative analysis, and problem solving.
- Proficiency in SQL and a scripting language (Python or R) for data wrangling and analysis and working with APIs
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI (Microsoft Fabric a plus)
- Exposure to product analytics and feedback platforms such as Pendo
- Experience working with data platform or engineering teams to improve pipelines and data quality
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments, with strong communication and data storytelling skills
- A passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
