Core responsibilities
Event Management
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Domaine-hosted events (globally). Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, guest invitations, RSVPs, and post-event follow-ups. Collaborate with the marketing, accounts, sales, and design teams to promote events, including email campaigns, social media posts, and landing pages. Ensure all events embody Domaine’s high-end, luxury aesthetic and deliver an exceptional attendee experience. Travel to and help setup, provide day-of support, and teardown support for select events
Partner Marketing
Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns with key partners (most often, related to virtual or in-person events). Create related joint marketing materials, including co-branded assets, case studies, webinars, and email campaigns. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align partner activities with broader business objectives and lead-generation goals. Track and report on the performance of partner marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Marketing Operations & Sales Support
Maintain and optimize Domaine’s CRM (HubSpot) to track partner activities, event leads, and marketing performance. Work with sales to ensure seamless follow-up on event and partner-generated leads. Monitor event and partner marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality. Responsible for tracking, reporting and iterating on event performance using HubSpot reports and dashboards. Responsible for ensuring sales opportunities (deals) are added into Hubspot and partner qualified leads (PQLs) are registered with the appropriate partners. Look for ways to automate and create efficiencies in overall event processes, including the use of AI.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in events management, marketing, or a related field. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, priorities effectively and meet deadlines. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in the Shopify ecosystem or ecommerce industry is highly preferred. Must know with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platform. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail. Familiar with Sanity, Figma, ChatGPT, Claude is highly preferred.
