The impact you will have:
The Bookkeeping Administrator is a key member of the Family Office team, responsible for managing day-to-day financial records, supporting administrative needs, and ensuring precision in all accounting-related activities. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and accuracy to support the financial wellbeing and operational efficiency of the family's enterprises and personal affairs.
Bookkeeping & Accounting:
- Record and reconcile bank transactions, credit card statements
- Maintain general ledger and prepare journal entries
- Manage accounts payable
- Track income, expenses, and intercompany transfers
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Administrative Support:
- Organize and maintain financial documents and files
- Handle confidential documents with sensitivity and discretion
- Assist with subscriptions and service contracts
Family Office Support:
- Provide support for property management
- Assist with philanthropic and trust-related documentation
- Help manage travel, event planning, and personal appointments as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or certificate in accounting, bookkeeping, or business administration
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial admin (preferably in family office or private wealth settings)
- High proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Dext)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
