YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
Reporting to the Optical Division Manager, the Sales Representative plays a key role in the development and growth of our presence in Alberta and the Kootenay. Thanks to his industry expertise and his ability to build solid relationships, he identifies and seizes new business opportunities, while helping his customers optimize their offering. Focused on results and customer satisfaction, he implements effective strategies to maximize sales and ensure sustainable market development.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish and foster customer relationships.

Develop and grow sales in your given territory.

Develop and implement a strategic approach to achieve growth and sales objectives.

Ensure a high level of sales and after-sales services.

Prospect and develop new accounts and sales opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing initiatives and then put it into practice with your customers.

Represent the Lanctôt brands at the different regional tradeshows and events.

Stay up to date with benchmark on the optical industry.
-
Question current methods and constantly seek to improve processes.
QUALITIES OF OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the optical industry is a strong asset.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Media technology savvy.
- Independent and responsible, must be able to work with little supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong team spirit and business acumen.
- Customer service oriented.
