Responsibilities:

  • Lead infrastructure operations across network, cloud, server, database, storage, and end-user support.
  • Oversee cybersecurity strategy, vendor relationships, and ITSM practices (Change, Incident, Problem Management).
  • Manage cloud and hardware infrastructure, i.e. firewalls, servers, mobile devices, and more.
  • Act as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for core business systems and corporate services.
  • Plan and test disaster recovery procedures with internal and external partners.
  • Develop and monitor multi-million dollar operating, capital, and personnel budgets.
  • Negotiate contracts with ISPs, carriers, and vendors to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the PMO to align technology with strategic goals.
  • Drive IT governance, transformation initiatives, and business process reengineering.
  • Serve as the point of contact for cybersecurity, overseeing awareness training and security operations.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7–9 years of progressive IT management experience across infrastructure domains.
  • One or more certifications with respect to ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft and security domains such as ITIL 4, CCNA, MCSE, CISSP required.
  • Proven leadership in managing diverse technical teams and complex IT environments.
  • Expertise in budgeting, vendor management, and data center operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with a passion for innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with RFx processes and business case development.
  • Familiarity with disaster recovery, UPS systems, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity tools, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
