What are your contributions to the team?

  • Strategic initiatives;
  • Data analysis, develop reports and key metrics on Bombardier’s program / customer support performance;
  • Support the operations by preparing, tracking, and reporting on initiatives;
  • Assist program managers in working with a diverse group of internal stakeholders to create, support and / or manage customer issues and initiatives; and
  • Prepare and present oral and written presentations of findings and recommendations to the Fleet Operators and Service Management Teams Manager.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are enrolled in a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce;
  • You have strong planning and organizational skills;
  • You are proactive, results-oriented and customer focused;
  • You have proficiency level in the use of software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • You are able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • You have excellent communication skills both in English and French (spoken and written);
  • You are focused on results and performance; and
  • You are comfortable working in an environment that is constantly changing and dynamic.

  • Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
  • Duration: 4 months
  • Flexible workplace-Hybrid

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
