About The Role We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with our Founder & CEO to help drive Tofu’s next stage of growth.
This is a high-leverage, high-trust role. You will sit at the intersection of product, business operations, customer success, and growth.
You’ll help shape the product roadmap, oversee our P&L, manage key customer relationships, and make strategic decisions to help Tofu reach $10M in ARR.
You’ll act as a force multiplier across the business; working closely with leadership, investors, and customers to keep the company aligned, efficient, and moving fast.
In This Role, You Will
- Work directly with the CEO to drive product strategy, execution, and operational rhythm
- Manage and report on company P&L, metrics, and OKRs
- Support and refine our product roadmap, prioritizing the initiatives that move the needle
- Own and manage relationships with our highest-value customers and enterprise accounts
- Build and optimize internal operations from customer success to GTM to finance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to execute on key growth objectives
- Help prepare for board meetings, investor updates, and key customer presentations
- Act as a strategic advisor and right-hand to the CEO, filling gaps, solving problems, and enabling scale
Who You Are
- 3–7+ years of experience in consulting, growth, strategy, or product roles
- Have helped build or scale SaaS products generating millions in revenue
- You’ve worked with LLMs, agentic workflows and understanding prompting very well
- Strong analytical and operational mindset; comfortable managing a P&L
- You can articulate your thoughts and write really well
- High EQ and can/are interesting in managing relationships with customers and investors
- Comfortable working across product, GTM, ops, and finance
- Thrive in ambiguity; you can prioritize, execute, and lead without direction
- Toronto-based
Note: this will be intense and you need to be up to the challenge
