What's the opportunity?
Delivers expert guidance on the technical design, development, and implementation of software solutions across established and emerging technology platforms. Utilizes advanced experience and industry best practices to drive quality engineering, automation, and process improvements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant applications that meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
- 8-10 years of progressive Quality Engineering (QE) experience, including leadership and mentoring.
- Strong banking domain knowledge; risk domain experience is an asset.
- 3+ years of hands-on Python programming experience.
- 4+ years of automation experience using Selenium WebDriver.
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and data validation across MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux command line and scripting.
- Experience with test automation tools such as TestNG, PyTest, REST Assured, and API testing.
- Comprehensive documentation and management of test artifacts.
- Experience in test management using JIRA, including test planning and defect tracking.
- 5+ years of automation framework design and development.
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-have:
- ISTQB and Agile testing certifications.
- Cloud platform certifications (Automation/AI).
- Experience with financial services/banking domain.
- Demonstrated success in measurable QE outcomes.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding and test development (e.g., Copilot).
