The Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled and detail-orientedPainterto join our finishing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting every stage of the finishing process to deliver high-quality finishes on agricultural equipment and components. The core responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Complete body work and surface repair, including sanding, filling, and finishing to meet quality standards.

Apply primer and topcoat finishes according to specifications, maintaining consistent coverage, film build, and appearance.

Inspect work at every stage to verify surface condition and coating quality, addressing or reporting issues promptly.

Maintain a clean, safe, and complaint workspace following all environmental, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to balance workloads and maintain production flow through blasting, body, and paint areas.
Our Ideal Candidate

Experience in industrial or automotive painting, coating, or finishing.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.

Familiarity with surface preparation, coating systems, and spray equipment.

Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
The Benefits
We offer regular, full-time employment with competitive wages paid biweekly. Our standard work week is 44 hours, with overtime paid after 40 hours, providing consistent earning potential. Employees are also eligible for our quarterly bonus program.
Our benefits package includes comprehensive health and dental coverage, an annual safety wear allowance, and a retirement savings plan with monthly employer contributions.

Agriculture is in the blood of the owners of Penta and, in fact, many of the staff continue to participate in farming today.
