Create and maintain complex SQL queries in a Snowflake and AWS environment

Be the PowerBI resource person in our team and design and develop dynamic dashboards using this tool

Define and monitor key indicators related to the HR analytics domaine (People Analytics)

Develop models and tools to promote informed decision-making by integrating advanced analytics approaches.
Your team
Within the Human Experience and Performance sector, you will be part of an Analytics and HR Systems team of approximately 30 colleagues made up of data engineering specialists, scientists, analysts and analytical partners. You will report to the Senior Manager – Analytics and work closely with specialists with varied profiles.

Prerequisites
- 5 to 7 years of experience in data analysis or science, business intelligence or a similar role
- Experience in data modelling
- Proficient SQL and AWS data environments
- Expert level of Power BI (certification desired)
- Solid problem-solving and complex data interpretation skills
- be able to explain data in plain language and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to carry out regularly tasks that require the use of IT apps and tools unavailable in French.
