Sales Support Supervisor (Scheduling)

About this Opportunity

Step into the role of Sales Support Supervisor to lead our Sales Support Representatives in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring outstanding experiences for our customers. This leadership role involves overseeing scheduling for installations and repairs, managing porting requests, handling order rejections and cancellations, and completion of desk-clearable locates. Position Details

  • Woodstock, Ontario
  • Leadership Hybrid:
  • Required to work in office a minimum of 2 days per week
  • Hours of work:
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
  • There is the possibility of some evenings and weekends to participate in leadership, business development, and supervisory activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Support Representatives to achieve service KPIs and deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Oversee scheduling of installations, repairs, porting requests, and order management
  • Approve credit requests within defined limits
  • Utilize AI tools for drafting SOPs, communication, reporting, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop new programs and initiatives
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and implement process improvements
  • Resolve customer escalations and service issues effectively
  • Provide regular performance reporting to leadership
  • Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing sales support team
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and manage employee performance plans
  • Approve timesheets, vacation, and time-off requests
  • Foster a positive, engaged, and results-driven team culture

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Superior negotiation and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Proficiency in a Windows PC environment with strong keyboarding and data entry skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to adjust tactics based on results
