SENION DATA ANALYST
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate has proven experience in ERP implementation, data migration, data cleansing, legacy system transitions, SQL reporting, process automation, and AI-driven solutions.
ERP Implementation & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP modules including Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, CRM, and Operations.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and success metrics.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Manage risks, issues, testing cycles, training, go-live, and post-launch support.
- Drive business process redesign and operational efficiency.
- Help functions / department to address their queries in legacy system and find effective ways or work around solution toward desired results
- Use of AI tools effectively to reduce work load and automate workflow
Data Migration & Legacy System Modernization
- Lead migration of data from legacy systems into modern ERP and reporting platforms.
- Analyze legacy databases, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems to map source-to-target data structures.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, standardization, deduplication, and transformation.
- Develop migration templates, ETL processes, reconciliation reports, and cutover plans.
- Ensure data integrity, completeness, and compliance during system transitions.
- Support users during changeover from legacy environments to integrated systems.
Analytics, Reporting & Database Management
- Write advanced queries, stored procedures, views, and optimizations using SQL.
- Build reports and dashboards using Crystal Reports, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
- Design KPI scorecards and management reporting packages.
- Analyze business trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Automation & AI Innovation
- Develop automation tools using Excel VBA, macros, forms, and templates.
- Implement AI tools to improve forecasting, reporting, workflow automation, and productivity.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and continuous improvement.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in data analytics, ERP systems, or project management.
- Proven experience with:
