What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to deliver high quality repairs and preventative tasks ensuring equipment reliability and plant performance
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with operations, planning and engineering teams to execute maintenance strategies & repairs
- Manage and develop maintenance personnel through coaching and performance feedback
- Monitor and optimize maintenance shop space, tools, and resources
What Are We Looking For
- Strong leadership and team-building skills in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to develop and execute repairs to industrial equipment
- Effective communication and collaboration across departments and levels
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Red Seal Journeyman or maintenance engineering background
- Prior supervisory experience would be an asset
- 3-5 years’ experience in heavy industry
Work Environment
This role is based in a dynamic, industrial setting where safety, teamwork, and adaptability are essential. The position requires participate in on-call rotation and may require extended hours, physical activity, and exposure to varying weather conditions.
