ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist to support the execution and optimization of paid social media campaigns for one of our key automotive clients. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for a rising talent who wants to grow in a high-performance team, build real expertise in the automotive category, and contribute to nationally visible campaigns.
You’ll report to the Director of Paid Media and collaborate with our cross-functional media team (search, programmatic, analytics, strategy) to deliver tactical excellence and performance results.
This position is remote with requirement to visit client office in Toronto one (1) day per week. Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Launch & optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit, with a focus on both lead generation and traffic.
- Support regional campaign localization — adapting creative and audience targeting by geography, language, and dealer focus
- Monitor performance daily and provide clear recommendations for optimizations (creative rotation, targeting refinement, bid adjustments)
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to write and test ad copy variations across formats
- Own the day-to-day tracking of campaign KPIs and ensure accurate data flow into dashboards and reports
- Contribute to weekly performance summaries and insights for client-facing updates
- Stay on top of social platform updates and recommend ways to innovate within the channel
ABOUT YOU
- 1+ year of hands-on paid social experience
- Comfortable working in Meta Ads Manager; exposure to TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest or other platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset — able to spot performance patterns and dig into the “why”
- Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented — you're not afraid to ask questions or dig into campaign nuances
- A clear communicator — both in writing and on calls
- Bonus points for Facebook Blueprint, TikTok Academy, or other platform certifications
- Comfortable adopting new and emerging tools
