Your Role
- Performing repairs and fabrications on various makes and models of equipment.
- Working from layouts, blueprints, and work orders.
- Customizing mobile equipment or components based on customer needs.
- Supporting failure analysis and welding repair strategies alongside the Service Manager.
- Delivering safe, effective welding services in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring
- Journeyperson Welder certification, red seal is an asset.
- Experience working with mining or heavy equipment repairs and customizations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and work orders.
- High motivation, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Pre-Employment Requirements
Candidates may be required to complete:
- Pre-employment medical questionnaire
- Drug and alcohol test
- 5 Year Commercial Driver’s abstract
- Employment verification
