A Senior Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in driving operational excellence, reducing cost, improving forecasting accuracy, and ensuring product availability. This position directly impacts customer satisfaction and financial performance. You will be responsible for the development of tactical and strategic supply plans within a supplier portfolio while managing inventory levels to achieve customer service, supply chain and meet financial objectives.

Your Contributions To The Organization Will Be
- Responsible for inventory optimization and continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain and performs data analysis and turns insights into tangible actions, build and automate reports/dashboards
- Initiating and leading internal and cross-functional projects
- Responsible for ensuring products are available and meet customer’s service commitments by placing purchase orders, analyzing inventory on hand vs. customer demand/forecast and ensure timely delivery
- Expediting, prioritizing, and optimizing inventory to ensure we meet or exceed our stated customer service levels
- Assisting in the resolution of issues involving order promising, deviations to planned inventory levels, establishment and utilization of safety stock and customer delivery difficulties
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements that improve service, speed or cost, through analysis of Supply Chain information and metrics
- Understanding business/customer needs, identifying problem areas, analyzing supply chain parameters and working with management to support business strategies and customer needs
- Developing and maintains supportive relationships with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication of at-risk situations and provides recommendations
- Uses planning systems tools and analytics to effectively provide and create inventory and supply solutions
- Providing coaching and mentoring to other analysts within the team
This Job Might Be For You If
- You possess a good understanding of supply chain, logistics and distribution gained through 2-5 years of Supply Chain experience
- You’ve completed a College/University education in Business/Supply Chain Management, preferred.
- You have strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence cross-functional partners, across different operating levels and drive value-added solutions
- You have strong analytical skills and proven ability to analyze data trends with the use of reporting tools (ex. Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and initiate action from findings
- You have strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) along with APICS or related certification preferred
- You effectively communicate, facilitate and have strong presentation skills
- You possess both strategic thinking and execute tactically along with proven ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and be able to prioritize effectively
