Role Description The Integrations eProcurement Designer is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining eProcurement integrations between Staples Professional systems and customer platforms. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client requirements, mapping data flows, and configuring integration solutions to ensure seamless ordering, catalog management, and transactional processes. The role collaborates with IT, project management, sales, and user experience teams to plan integration projects, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows. This position also involves documenting technical specifications, supporting testing and deployment activities, and continuously improving integration standards and user experience. The Integrations eProcurement Designer contributes to enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by delivering reliable, user-friendly procurement solutions.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting business requirements, data sets, and integration performance metrics. Information Technology expertise, including familiarity with eProcurement platforms, APIs, data formats (e.g., XML, JSON), and system integrations. Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and track integration initiatives, including timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication. Integration experience with B2B procurement systems, ERP platforms, and catalog or punchout solutions. User Experience (UX) skills to design intuitive, efficient workflows and interfaces that support a positive end-user purchasing experience. Relevant technical or business degree/diploma (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems) or equivalent experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external clients. Experience in B2B commerce, supply chain, or procurement environments is an asset. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs.
