Role Summary
ClaimsPro relies on their Administrative Assistants to support the branch staff and producers in the delivery of quality service to our clients. The key focus of the position is to provide effective and efficient administrative support within a fast-paced environment. The position duties include typing, computer work on our internal software program and MS Office, file coordination and filing, reception duties and may also provide other administrative and clerical support to various branch staff. Other duties as may be required.
To be successful in this job, you will need to be someone with:
- strong customer service skills, keeping in mind the roles of all affected and involved parties.
- the ability to work in a team, playing the roles needed for success.
- communicating quickly and accurately, whether it be email, mail or phone.
- a dedication to detail by ensuring correct billing, professional reporting.

- Setting up claims in database
- Communicating with adjusters and managers
- Making first contact
- Collating files
- Scanning
- Copying
- Preparing files for closure/billing
- Other duties as advised by management
