The Opportunity.
At Isaac Operations, our people have always been at the centre of how we grow. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and evolve our hiring strategy across both Campus Recruitment and Experienced Hiring.
This role will oversee full-cycle talent acquisition across the organization, including our campus program, front-office consulting recruitment, and head office hiring. We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader who understands how to build high-performing teams within a fast-paced, high-growth professional services environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, operational excellence, and a sharp eye for talent. They are energized by building scalable recruitment strategies, partnering closely with senior leaders, and ensuring we continue to hire exceptional performers with consistency and precision.

What You’ll Do.
Lead the overall talent acquisition strategy across Campus Recruitment and Experienced Hiring Oversee hiring across consulting/front-office teams and head office functions across Canada and the US Lead, coach, and develop a Talent Acquisition team of approximately 8–10 team members across campus and experienced hiring Build scalable recruitment strategies and processes to support the company’s continued growth Partner closely with executive leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and talent priorities Continuously refine selection processes to ensure we identify top talent with accuracy, consistency, and efficiency Drive recruitment planning, forecasting, and pipeline strategy across multiple business areas Use recruitment data and market insights to inform hiring strategies, improve outcomes, and identify opportunities Strengthen Isaac’s employer brand and market presence across both campus and experienced talent markets Ensure a high-quality candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment process Collaborate cross-functionally with People & Culture, leadership teams, and operational stakeholders to support long-term growth objectives Evaluate and improve recruiting systems, tools, workflows, and operational processes to support scale
What You Bring.
8-10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership experience overseeing high-volume and professional services recruitment Experience leading experienced hiring functions Experience leading and developing mid-sized Talent Acquisition teams Strong understanding of talent acquisition within consulting, professional services, or similarly high-performance environments Experience recruiting within both Canadian and US markets, including understanding differences in talent landscapes and recruitment strategies is an asset Proven ability to build and scale recruitment strategies in fast-growing organizations Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with senior leadership teams Demonstrated success hiring high-performing talent with a focus on quality, precision, and long-term fit Strong analytical and operational mindset with experience using recruitment data to drive decision-making and strategy Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment systems, and recruitment operations best practices
