We're looking for an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our collaborative team and help deliver exceptional client and employee experiences through a variety of high-profile events. What You'll Be Working On No two days are the same! You'll play an integral role in planning and executing a wide range of corporate events, including: Sporting events and VIP experiences Concerts and entertainment events Client appreciation events Corporate gifting and seasonal campaigns Internal celebrations and employee engagement initiatives From the initial planning stages to the final guest experience, you'll be involved every step of the way. What You'll Do Coordinate all event logistics from concept through execution Set up and breakdown of all events Manage invitations, guest lists, RSVPs, registrations and event communications Source venues, vendors, gifts and event materials Coordinate shipping, gifting and promotional items Prepare event schedules, budgets, spreadsheets and reports Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners Be onsite at events to ensure everything runs seamlessly Handle multiple projects simultaneously while keeping every detail organized What We're Looking For 1–3+ years of administrative, coordination or events experience A genuine passion for building a career in corporate events Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong administrative abilities with excellent attention to detail Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills Someone who is proactive, resourceful and thrives in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working occasional evenings and overtime during events Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Why You'll Love This Opportunity Build your career in an established corporate events team Be part of exciting, high-profile events throughout the year Work with a collaborative and supportive team Gain exposure to premium sporting, entertainment and client events Downtown Toronto office with opportunities to be onsite at events across the city If you're highly organized, energetic, and passionate about creating exceptional experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
