About the role

Company Description

Who we are.

While technically we’re an operational consultancy, we don’t like to call ourselves consultants. We’re a collection of engineers, innovators and creators who work with companies across industries to simplify the complex, realize untapped potential, and uncover opportunities. We know that our people are our superpower and loving your Monday to Friday is important to us. We’ve been recognized as one of the top 10 Best Places to Work in Canada for the past 6 years, and number 1 in 2022, which we know has something to do with our culture of rewarding great work with great experiences, fostering rapid career growth, and sharing the success of the business with the whole team.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Administrative team. Reporting to the EA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting members of our senior team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This position involves supporting calendar management and coordination, email management and communication, liaising with partners and actively managing their ‘to-do’ list, executive project/initiative support, and general administrative duties. If you’re eager to learn, excel at solving complicated puzzles, and want to make a meaningful impact, this could be a great opportunity for you.

While we have a flexible working environment, the successful candidate should expect to spend an average of at least three days a week in person at our Liberty Village office.

Why work for us.

  • You’ll be joining a small team at a fast-growing company that dedicates a lot of effort to career development, which means lots of opportunity for learning and growth

  • The work we do has a tangible, meaningful impact on our clients

  • 5 weeks of vacation for everyone at the company, plus frequent company development and social events

  • A comprehensive benefits package 100% covered by us, including generous annual wellness allowances

  • You’ll work with good humans who genuinely enjoy spending time together

  • You’ll have great work-life balance – no working on weekends

  • We’ve been recognized as one of the top 10 Great Places to Work in Canada for the past 6 consecutive years!

  • Develop and maintain custom tools and applications using Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA macros) and Microsoft Power Apps
  • Collaborate with operations consultants to translate project requirements into data-driven outputs that support process and performance improvement initiatives
  • Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze structured data from client systems
  • Document methodologies, maintain version control of tools, and ensure data analysis follows best practices and standards
  • Diagnose issues in existing reports, dashboards, or tools and implement improvements to increase usability and reliability
  • Participate in workshops, testing sessions, and project reviews to ensure solutions meet client and consulting team needs

What you bring to the role.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent experience

About Isaac Operations

Professional Services
51-200

Isaac Operations Limited (formerly Newton North America) works hands-on with organizations in North America and around the world to help them get more out of their operational processes and supply chains. Our people are talented engineers, not management consultants, so we're able to identify issues that limit cost, delivery and quality performance, and then implement practical solutions that rapidly generate measurable, sustainable financial returns – from the ground up.

From our roots in manufacturing, Isaac applies a unique engineering-based approach across a wide range of industry sectors, working in areas as diverse as aerospace, automotive, defence, food & drink and healthcare.

With a track record of delivering 10-50% operational improvement in two to six months without any capital expenditure, we are paid on our performance, not the number of reports we generate.

Isaac is the intelligent way to unlock the potential within your business.
