Location Coquitlam Campus
Salary Range
$52,173 to $58,258 annually. Salary scale and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement
The Opportunity
Provides guidance and leadership to the Building Service Workers and works closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure that optimal service is provided to the College users. Assists the Facilities Manager in developing new procedures to improve the coordination and client services provided by the Building Services Workers. Provides exceptional client-centered service on a consistent basis to all stakeholder groups.

What It Takes
A minimum of two years work experience in a related field. Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills including strong written and verbal communication and fluency in the English Language A demonstrated ability to: -interact effectively and tactfully with people of various backgrounds and cultures, including students, college employees and the broader community. -identify the resources required for events and provide leadership to Building Service Workers, while ensuring customer service.

This full-time, regular position is available starting July 20, 2026 Hours of work will typically be scheduled Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm. This position is required to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs Shift days and times may change depending on operational needs Evening and occasional weekend work may be required. The position is located at the Coquitlam campus; and will be required to work at all Douglas College campuses and offsite locations Douglas College is committed to supporting a healthy work/life balance for employees.
