About the role
Job Title: SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist Location: 100% Remote Long Term Contract(6 Months to start with)
Role Description We are seeking a SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist to support the stabilization, remediation, and optimization of SharePoint Online solutions within a complex Microsoft 365 environment. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting and enhancing Power Automate workflows, resolving issues associated with large-scale migrations, and creating/remediating documentation to ensure operational readiness.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SharePoint architecture, governance, and Microsoft 365 administration, along with strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving issues in poorly documented environments.
Key Responsibilities Stabilize and remediate SharePoint Online solutions. Troubleshoot, optimize, and support Power Automate workflows. Create, update, and remediate operational readiness documentation. Analyze and resolve issues resulting from large-scale SharePoint and Microsoft 365 migrations. Troubleshoot and manage complex SharePoint permission models. Assess and diagnose existing solutions, including reverse-engineering configurations when required. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and resolve platform issues.
Required Skills Strong expertise in SharePoint Architecture and Governance. Extensive experience with Power Automate workflow management and troubleshooting. Proficiency in troubleshooting complex SharePoint permission models. Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration in complex enterprise environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose poorly documented solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Power Apps for user experience optimization. Familiarity with documentation practices supporting operational readiness. Experience reverse-engineering existing configurations and solutions. Ability to effectively collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
