Come and join our Canadian Enterprise Services (ES) team as the Director Clinical Practice . In this role, you will apply your sales expertise, market knowledge, and understanding of the Siemens portfolio to develop long-term, strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations.

This position will be based in Toronto and will work in close collaboration with the Enterprise Services Canada and NAM Enterprise Services Clinical Innovation & Informatics team to deliver a coordinated and customer-focused approach across Canada.

Position Overview

Responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience for all existing and potential ES Value Partnerships in Canada. In this role you will be directly focused on delivering relevant, value-based customer projects that enable the Value Partnership sales process and support the Enterprise Services contract deliverables, including performance sharing projects, to an outstanding level of customer satisfaction while meeting/exceeding all internal business targets, including growth and revenue.

The Director Clinical Practice, Canada is a part of NAM Siemens Enterprise Services Clinical Innovation & Informatics team. In your role you will advise and assist customers using Siemens portfolio, tools and services, help drive efficiency and effectiveness in health system processes, including improving quality while reducing cost, and manage teams of professionals delivering the same

You will be responsible for:

  • Tracking progress, providing communication transparency, and problem solving to assist Ci2 in meeting all Performance Innovation business target.
  • Ensuring the delivery value, of clinically focused performance innovation customer engagements – including measurable documented outcomes, sustainability, and a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of new clinically focused performance innovation opportunities that enhance internal and external business partner opportunities.
  • Assisting Ci2 to positively impact ES P&L costs and margin through optimization of cost structures and productivity measures.
  • Collaborating with a high functioning Clinical Innovation team.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

  • Clinical credentials with an Advanced Degree in a related business, healthcare, or management related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of combined leadership experience in a Canadian healthcare setting working with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience developing high performing teams with a track record of meeting targets
  • Working knowledge of current trends in Canadian healthcare, healthcare economics, healthcare operations, technology enablement, informatics
  • Professional oral and written presentation skills in the customer environment
  • Healthcare administration and process improvement experience, with a LEAN/Continuous Improvement background preferred
  • Willing to travel up to 50%
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes (without restrictions)
  • Must have a valid passport

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $142,800 - Max $192,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
