About Under the supervision of the Assistant Director, Inventory Financing Operations, the incumbent is responsible for processing various inventory financing requests and supporting the team in carrying out daily tasks

Responsabilities

• Ensure the processing of inventory financing requests
• Follow up with customers regarding missing documents
• Answer customer's questions
• Support the team in the production of various reports and analysis
• Participate and collaborate with other team members on various projects
• Any other tasks that may fall under this position

The Profile We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year office experience
• Educational background in Business preferred
• Bilingualidm (English and French) to support our clients from coast to coast
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform well in a work environment with short time frames and under pressure
• Advanced knowledge of the Office suite, mostly Outlook and Excel
