Reporting to the BA manager, you will act as a strategic leader across a wide range of large-scale projects. You will be responsible for identifying organizational needs, recommending innovative solutions, and guiding implementation teams to ensure the realization of expected business benefits. As a trusted advisor to stakeholders, you will also play a key role in shaping and advancing the business analysis practice within the organization.
What you will accomplish with us:
Take full ownership of business analysis activities within assigned projects, including supervising and mentoring other analysts.
Define the approach, activities, efforts, and governance for business analysis in line with PMO best practices.
Lead the analysis, structuring, and validation of business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop and synthesize complex solution scenarios, including modeling and validation with stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing and implementing new techniques, tools, and methodologies.
Evaluate the performance, value, and benefits of implemented solutions, recommending optimizations tailored to the organization’s context.
Build and maintain stakeholder consensus at every stage of the analysis process, while influencing senior leadership on critical decisions.
Play an active role in change management by supporting stakeholders in adopting new processes or systems.
Carry out all other responsibilities related to the role of a Senior Business Analyst.
What You Bring to Our Team:
Proven experience in leading analyst teams and supporting high-level stakeholders.
Strong expertise in facilitating strategic workshops and process mapping (BPMN 2.0, MS Visio).
Deep knowledge of business processes and associated documentation (BRD, use cases, gap analyses, etc.).
Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with strong influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
Significant experience in large-scale technology projects (ERP implementation, integrated systems, etc.).
Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum, etc.) is a strong asset.
Requirements:
University degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is an asset).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, including several years in complex, multidimensional projects.
Compensation information:
Base salary: $115,000 - $125,000 per year
Additional compensation types include: Annual bonus
