About the role
Position: Social and Community Service Manager
Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $50 - $100/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise in social and community service management for AI training. Analyze case studies and real-world scenarios to inform AI system behavior. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate industry knowledge into AI models. Evaluate AI-generated content and recommend improvements for accuracy and relevance. Develop realistic workflows, decision-making paths, and intervention strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Communicate insights and findings through clear documentation and discussions.
Requirements
Strong experience in social and community service management or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. Comfort working in a remote, collaborative, and technology-driven environment. Commitment to ethical practices, accuracy, and confidentiality. Proficiency with digital tools and collaboration platforms.
