About the role

We’re looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join us for a 12–18 month maternity leave contract , with the possibility of extension. This is a key role on our team, where your people skills, positivity, and ability to make others feel special will make a real impact on every patient who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and welcome new patients, helping them feel comfortable and cared for.
  • Guide patients through their orthodontic journey, listening to their goals and ensuring they understand their treatment options.
  • Assist during orthodontic consultations by recording details and supporting the doctor.
  • Review treatment plans with patients and provide education using visuals and tools.
  • Work with families to create financial plans that make treatment possible.
  • Communicate with dentists and specialists to keep care coordinated.
  • Follow up with patients who are ready to begin treatment.
  • Be an active part of our close-knit team, supporting both patients and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

  • A people person who is friendly, enthusiastic, and enjoys building relationships.
  • Someone who thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment and can multi-task with ease.
  • Reliable, accountable, and eager to work hard while making a difference.
  • Dental or orthodontic experience is a strong asset, including Dental Assisting.
  • Comfort with computers and an ability to learn new programs quickly.

The Details

  • 12–18 month contract (maternity leave coverage, potential for extension).
  • Wage: $30-35/hour
  • 30 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday – no weekends!
