Site Supervisor Print & Scanning Services

We are seeking a hands-on, customer-focused Site Supervisor to lead print and scanning operations at a client location. This role is responsible for overseeing daily service delivery, supervising a team, and ensuring high-quality, timely execution of print and imaging services.

Key Responsibilities

Onsite Leadership & Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day onsite print and scanning operations, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and meet client expectations
  • Supervise and support a team responsible for document preparation, scanning, indexing, printing, and finishing work
  • Balance hands-on operational work with leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Monitor workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines and SLAs are consistently met

Service Delivery & Quality Control

  • Ensure all print and imaging work is completed accurately, securely, and in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
  • Oversee document lifecycle processes including preparation, scanning, indexing, QA, and delivery
  • Conduct regular quality checks and drive continuous improvement in processes and efficiency
  • Maintain production tracking and reporting to support operational visibility

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for onsite client stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships and proactively identify client needs and opportunities for service improvement
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service delivery
  • Follow up with client on survey results
  • Attend monthly safety meetings

Print & Scanning Operations

  • Oversee printing, scanning, finishing, and distribution activities (cutting, binding, packaging, etc.)
  • Ensure proper handling of sensitive and confidential information
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or troubleshooting as needed
  • Manage production supplies, inventory, and ordering
  • Cooridinate with the clients mailroom to deliver projects on time

Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members
  • Provide training and ensure adherence to processes, safety standards, and best practices
  • Support scheduling, workload allocation, and performance management

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in operations, imaging, or print services
  • 3–5+ years of experience in print production, document scanning, or managed services
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred
  • Onsite experience is considered an asset.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Technical aptitude with print and scanning equipment

Requirements

  • Pre- Employment Alcohol & drug testing is required
  • CSO is required for site access
  • Random Alcohol & Drug testing is also conducted at this location
  • Criminal background check is required
  • Must have a valid class 5 drivers license
  • Must able to lift up to 50lbs
