We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and management of innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that product vision aligns with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and modern technology stacks including AWS, APIs, and SaaS platforms. The Product Owner will oversee product lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring delivery of high-quality mobile applications and enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

Define and prioritize product backlog items based on business needs, technical feasibility, and stakeholder input. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in accordance with SAFe practices. Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining quality standards. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze market trends, and incorporate analytics insights into product strategy. Manage product development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, design, testing (test cases), and deployment phases. Oversee integration of APIs, IoT devices, databases (SQL), and other technical components to enhance product functionality. Utilize tools like Jira, TFS, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel), Git for project tracking and documentation. Communicate effectively with technical teams on software development best practices such as Java, HTML, SaaS architectures, and Waterfall methodologies when applicable. Monitor product performance post-launch using analytics tools; adjust strategies accordingly to optimize user experience and business outcomes. Provide leadership in cross-team collaboration efforts for B2B sales initiatives involving SaaS solutions or IoT integrations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within software development environments. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as SAFe and Scrum; familiarity with Waterfall methodologies is a plus. Technical proficiency in AWS cloud services, APIs, SQL databases, Java programming language, HTML, Git version control system. Experience managing mobile applications and SaaS products; knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT) is advantageous. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to gather detailed requirements and translate them into actionable tasks. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with effective communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with tools like Jira, TFS (Team Foundation Server), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint). Strong understanding of SDLC processes including testing (test cases) and deployment strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
