Hourly rate
CAD$76.68 hourly straight time base rate as per the Collective Agreement, effective April 01, 2026
Reports to
Maintenance Superintendent
Schedule
Three shifts (Day/ Afternoon/ Graveyard), seven days a week
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for motivating and directing crews in the field.
Qualifications and Skills
Education
Candidates should possess a minimum of Grade 12 or an equivalent, supplemented with a certified Red Seal Trade.
Experience
Experience with materials handling equipment in an automated setting
Preferred candidates shall possess a minimum of five (5) years’ front line supervisory experience in a unionized, heavy industrial setting.
Skills

Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license.

Proven ability to motivate and direct crews in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner while developing and maintaining effective relations with other supervisors, management, and third parties.

Computer literacy

Exceptional organization and planning skills.

Strong leadership, supervisory, multi-tasking, communications and people skills.

Strong commitment to safety, training, and environmental protection.
