Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales & Showroom Coordinator to join our team at Core Acoustic Solutions. The Sales & Showroom Coordinator is the primary point of contact for clients, supporting both showroom operations and sales activities. Working closely with the sales team, the position ensures seamless customer experience while upholding company standards and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing clear guidance on product features, benefits, and acoustic solutions based on project requirements
- Managing incoming phone calls, inquiries, and showroom walk-ins with professionalism and exceptional customer service
- Prepare accurate quotes and support the sales team with timely order entry and documentation
- Utilize ERP systems (Business Central) to track customer orders and maintain an accurate customer database
- Communicate needs, concerns, competitive activities, and demand for products to the team to drive initiatives
- Provide sales activity reports to management as required
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Uphold company standards as it relates to sales ethics, and anti-trust & competition laws
Skills & Qualifications
- Post-Secondary Degree in Business preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role within the building supplies or construction industry. Focus on design structures and acoustic ceiling systems preferred
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn acoustic principles and products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, time management and organization skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and handle logistical challenges efficiently

Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 annually
