Type: Full-Time | Permanent | 1 Vacancy

Location Options: Ottawa ON (Hybrid) or Toronto ON (Hybrid) or Ontario CA (Remote) or Quebec CA (Remote)

You Have

  • Managed cross-functional project team resources (internal and third parties), inclusive of resource effort estimation & leveling, cost planning and budget control
  • Employed agile and/or traditional PM tools and techniques to lead teams and drive strategic initiatives (preferably having done so in a not-for-profit and/or healthcare setting)
  • Developed and facilitated planning and working sessions, including stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
  • Supported product owners by managing expectations for project deliverables, ensuring stakeholder communication is clear and concise
  • Lead and motivated desired behaviours and inspired others to top performance through affective coaching tactics, mentorship and collaboration
  • The knowledge, skills and desire to assist in the building of PMO processes, techniques and tools designed to drive project delivery in a not-for-profit environment
  • Experience contributing to initiatives within the healthcare sector or public policy implementation, with an understanding of the complexities and stakeholder dynamics involved
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity—able to “work in the grey” by navigating evolving priorities, interpreting incomplete information, and driving clarity where it’s needed most
