Summary

The Legal and Leasing Coordinator will be a highly detail-orientated individual who desires an opportunity to be a part of a vibrant, fast paced, work environment with a high attention to detail. Reporting to the Manager of Legal and Leasing Operations, this individual will be required to collaborate with a variety of departments in a professional manner. By joining our team, you will contribute to our mission of creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels valued and respected.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the legal and leasing departments, including: Coordinating tenant credit checks with third-party providers and internal contacts Compiling data to assist with monthly reports Assembling completed deal packages (offer, lease, approvals) for processing Track critical lease dates – commencement, expiry, renewal options and notice deadlines Supporting insurance renewal processes Helping process and track invoices to ensure timely payment Ensuring all trackers reflect current information Assisting the team in following up for outstanding items Maintaining organized digital files with consistent naming conventions Performing other duties, as assigned
Qualifications & Competencies
Prior administrative experience Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Clear, professional written and verbal communication Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable asking questions and learning new processes on the job
