Position Available
Role Title: Field Supervisor
Location: Timmins
Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible Schedule as Operational Required (Days, Evenings, and Weekends)
Duties & Responsibilities
-
Provide operational support and supervision to the day-to-day Timmins operations including oversight on Projects, Wash Trucks, and Maintenance.
-
Supervise and coordinate daily field operations and assigned staff.
-
Ensure employees are performing assigned duties in accord with company policies, standards, and safety requirements as well as client expectations.
-
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
-
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, productivity, and overall performance.
-
Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to field employees.
-
Address employee concerns, performance issues, and disciplinary matters in consultation with management and Human Resources when required.
-
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and within scheduled timelines.
-
Communicate work assignments, expectations, and operational updates to staff and management.
-
Maintain strong client/customer relationships and respond professionally to concerns or service requests.
-
Complete required reports, inspections, incident documentation, and daily summary reports.
-
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and accountability of company equipment, vehicles, and supplies.
-
Assist with scheduling, staff coverage, and emergency callouts as required.
-
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply or equipment requests.
-
Enforce workplace Health and safety standards, including reporting hazards, incidents, or unsafe work practices.
-
Participate in meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements

Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
-
Mechanically inclined considered an asset
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
-
Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
-
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced field environment
-
Proficient with basic reporting, email communication, and mobile technology
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract
-
Work is performed primarily in the field and will require travel between multiple locations
-
Must be bondable and legally able to work in Canada
-
Must be able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as operationally required
-
Strong communication and people skills
-
Strong time management and organization skills
-
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
-
Individuals must be comfortable and willing to work outside

Mine Site experience considered an asset
-
Bilingual – French and English considered an asset
Compensation and Benefits

Wage Range: $57,200+ based on experience
