Position Summary:
Euro Architectural Components a Richelieu's Division is looking for a CSR at our Warehouse Service Counter plays a key role in supporting our customers—both in-person and over the phone—by processing orders, providing product information, coordinating service requests, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Location : 9015 Rue Du Champ D'eau, Saint-Leonard QC H1P3M3
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Provide accurate product and service information, including pricing and availability
- Process orders, quotes, returns, and warranty claims
- Work closely with warehouse and service teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on inventory and new offerings
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when necessary
- Keep the service counter area clean, organized, and efficient
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or technical environment
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (bilingual)
- Ability to analyze customer needs and respond effectively
- Good computer skills and ease with data entry
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
