The Customer Service Representative at SinglePoint is a professional, responsible, and goal-orientated individual who handles mainly inbound and occasional outbound customer interactions with a high degree of customer service, sensitivity and urgency. Our commitment to customer care is second to none. There are many opportunities for growth within our company and we are looking for top talent individuals that can grow with us!
This position starts on **August 28, 2025.**successful candidates MUST be available to start.
We have a permanent full-time opportunity and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational scheduled between the operating hours of
- Monday to Friday between 8am to 9pm
- Saturday and Sunday between 9am to 5pm
Successful candidates MUST be available to train and work onsite at 255 Consumers Road.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers who are inquiring about new products and services.
- Troubleshoot and schedule service calls.
- Handle customer service calls with urgency, empathy and a strong commitment to resolving outstanding customer issues.
- Assist with customer related payment solutions and billing inquiries.
- Document customer calls with accuracy
- Resolve customer account discrepancies.
- Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information.
- Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations with the opportunity to earn additional compensation.

Qualifications:
- Experience working in customer service, Contact Centre experience is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Strong organizational and active listening skills to determine appropriate course of action.
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation

Hourly rate of $17.54/HR
