Job Description
Canada Curling Stone Co. is seeking a reliable and versatile Machinist / Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, has strong mechanical aptitude, and thrives in a hands-on machine shop environment.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience operating CNC machines, lathes, or other machining equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery to ensure smooth production processes Read and understand machining terminology, measurements, and technical specifications Understand machine shop operations and tools Perform quality checks and maintain high attention to detail throughout production Identify mechanical issues and assist with equipment problems as they arise Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal oversight while maintaining productivity standards Strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to quality Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of production and labour-related tasks outside of primary machining duties Versatile and adapts quickly to changing priorities and production needs in a fast-paced environment
Lift and move materials/products weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
