Inventory and Distribution Technician

Leduc, Alberta | Fleet & Maintenance | Full-time

Do you thrive in a fast-paced shop environment where accuracy, organization, and teamwork make all the difference? Pitbull Energy Services is looking for an Inventory and Distribution Technician to keep our fleet operations moving smoothly.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll oversee the flow of parts, supplies, and equipment—not just in Leduc, but also supporting our Bonnyville and Fort McMurray shops. If you’ve got an eye for detail, strong coordination skills, and the drive to keep things running efficiently, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of parts, supplies, and equipment.
  • Prepare and ship parts or equipment to vendors and other Pitbull locations.
  • Keep inventory areas clean, safe, and well organized.
  • Track, count, and replenish inventory to keep mechanics stocked and downtime minimal.
  • Support shop teams by delivering parts to workstations and keeping everyone updated on availability.
  • Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to inventory staff in Bonnyville and Fort McMurray.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations (oilfield, fleet, or industrial setting is an asset).
  • Knowledge of truck/heavy equipment parts.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation.
  • Comfort working in a busy shop/warehouse, using stairs regularly, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Forklift certification or crane ticket (asset).
  • Experience with inventory systems and supervising/coordinating staff across multiple sites (asset).
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
