About the role

Who you are

  • 4+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations role
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS organization, ideally supporting enterprise or larger mid-market deals
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, comfortable building and troubleshooting models
  • Experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools (experience managing quoting workflows a plus) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving them to completion
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams

  • Own the Deal Desk process — partnering with Sales and Finance to guide deal structure, pricing strategy, and approvals
  • Build and maintain sales territories, quota models, and forecasting tools
  • Support sales strategy projects by analyzing pipeline trends and identifying process improvements
  • Deliver insights and dashboards that inform revenue performance and leadership decisions
  • Ensure data accuracy across CRM and related GTM systems
