Richelieu Hardware is looking for an Inside Sales Rep for the NE location of Calgary**, Alberta**

More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to:

o Promptly assist customers via phone, email, and at the front counter. Address their questions, concerns, and issues.

o Process orders, provide follow ups, request forecasts, generate return authorizations, and promote products.

o Assist the sales team in sales initiatives, providing them with information and helping drive opportunities.

o Work as a team with the inside sales team to ensure the operation of the office, including tasks like filing and invoicing. Cross train, share responsibilities and ensure coverage for each other.

o Maintain a professional, positive, and empathetic attitude. Work to de-escalate customer frustrations and resolve customer complaints empathetically.

o Ensure continued learning, proactively studying product information, interpreting technical requirements,

and participating in educational opportunities.

o Pick showroom orders from warehouse and assist with inventory/cycle count, when required.

o Maintain store shelves by observing displays, basic housekeeping, restocking items, and providing optimum

display of products.

o Participate in all training, meetings, and certification as required.

o Be a leader in safety, participating in training and ensuring compliance in all health and safety procedures.

o Perform any other related tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements :

o High school diploma or equivalent.

o Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing and sales, an asset.

o Ability to lift up to a minimum of 30 lbs.
