YOUR MISSION
-
Coordinate the work of accounting analysts and technicians;
-
Ensure the accounting of transactions for more complex contracts or territories;
-
Produce financial reports on a regular basis, prepare and review monthly variance analyses (actual vs. budget vs. forecast);
-
Actively participate in the budget, forecast, and strategic planning process for your business unit;
-
Participate in and coordinate the weekly and quarterly cash flow process;
-
Serve as the Finance liaison with the touring teams and various operational stakeholders;
-
Actively participate in reviewing processes in your sector of activity in order to optimize methods and ensure the implementation of new processes (optimization strategy; defining the roles and responsibilities of each level of stakeholder, analyzing needs, proposing new methods, reviewing the relevance of the tools used, and implementing new systems);

Participate in the review of annual audit and tax files;

Supervise projects, determine objectives in line with strategies, and ensure deadlines and quality of work performed with respect to deliverables;

Support all projects in the finance department.
YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE
-
A CPA accounting designation;
-
More than five years of experience in accounting and analysis;
-
Strong leadership and communication skills;
-
Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines;
-
Ability to respond to change with agility;
-
Sharp analytical mind, able to make connections to see the big picture;
-
Knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards is an asset;
-
Knowledge of SAP and Longview is an asset;
-
Knowledge of Microsoft applications in a Windows environment, particularly Excel;
-
Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
