In this role, you will be instrumental in providing a professional and consistent experience across various chapters and regions. You will support the management of programs, handle regional communications, and oversee meeting logistics. Your impact will ensure effective workflows and serve as a key point of contact for chapter managers, enhancing overall organizational efficacy and member satisfaction.

Accountabilities

• Train and onboard new and existing chapter managers on processes and systems.
• Manage communications with chapter managers regarding programs, processes, and priorities.
• Support renewals, dues payments, and resignation processes.
• Collaborate on content development for chapter manager workshops.
• Oversee Regional and Development Funds, including budget management.
• Provide regular reports to support effective management of regional metrics.
• Maintain regional team sites and manage regional libraries of information.
• Coordinate regional board meetings and manage logistics and communications.
• Handle day-to-day requests from chapters and managers.
• Lead content and logistics for regional chapter manager meetings.
• Participate in the planning and development of Global Leadership Conference workshops.
• Achieve departmental KPIs and represent Chapters and Regions in projects.
