EIPS is recruiting a part-time (0.441 FTE) Division 3 Teacher at Rudolph Hennig Junior High**. This assignment includes teaching Junior High English, the wellness component of the Physical Education and Wellness pilot and CTF Options.**

Rudolph Hennig Junior

High serves approximately 445 students in grades 7 to 9, with 24 teaching staff

and 13 support staff. The school is located in Fort Saskatchewan, AB,

approximately 20 kilometers north of Sherwood Park, AB. School staff are committed to fostering

success in all students. The school believes respect for yourself and others, a

desire to always do your best and a positive attitude will guide you to

success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Education degree
  • Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
  • Effective organization and classroom management skills
  • Ability to create a classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and challenged
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Experience or familiarity with analyzing data and using data to inform decisions and/or instruction
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Growth mindset and ability to use feedback to improve practice
  • Relentless drive to set and achieve personal and professional goals
  • Non Violent Crisis Intervention training
