- API/Distributed knowledge is required.
- Understanding of IBM Mainframe, JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint will be helpful.
- Having domain knowledge in terms of investment plans and products will also be an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of system analysis process and techniques, as well as an understanding of system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows and business rules.
- Work closely with business partners and other groups of diverse subject matter experts and stakeholders understand business requirements and to propose technical system solutions to accomplish them
- Define, document (including use of visual diagrams) and translate business requirements into detailed system requirements and technical and functional specifications while also taking into account non-functional requirements.
- Ability to work with technology partners to research and analyze current state system capabilities and define technology solutions options and recommendations
- Assist testing team members in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results.
- Contribute to POD's success by assisting the PO in effort estimation, identifying risks and recommending mitigation measures etc.
- Experience working in Agile delivery practice
- Coach new or less experienced colleagues and serve as a reference point throughout requirements management life cycle.
- Domain knowledge, including familiarity with R-Wealth (Broadridge product) will be an asset.
- Debit cards and debit payments would be an asset
